Disney specialist

A Disney trip planned by someone who still gets excited about fireworks

From your first "should we go?" to the moment the castle lights up in front of your kids, I handle the strategy — park days, dining, resort picks, Lightning Lane — so your trip feels planned, not survived.

Real park-touring experience, not just guidebooks
Dining reservations timed to the 60-day window
One person to call if plans change in the parks

What I handle for you

The planning, not just the booking

Resort matching

I match your family to a resort by budget, transportation needs, and how much park time you want — not just star rating.

Touring plan strategy

A day-by-day plan for which park, which order, and where to eat — built around your group's pace, not a generic itinerary.

Dining reservations

Reservations open 60 days before your check-in — I'm ready at 6 a.m. ET on your booking day so the restaurants you want are still open.

Lightning Lane strategy

Resort guests can book Lightning Lane 7 days out, off-site guests 3 days out — I plan your selections ahead so you're not guessing in the parks.

Special occasions

Birthdays, first visits, proposals — I flag the touches that make a trip memorable, from reserved viewing spots to in-room celebrations.

Travel protection

I'll walk you through travel insurance options so a canceled flight or a sick kid doesn't mean losing the whole trip.

Popular trips I plan

Whatever kind of Disney trip you're picturing

First-time family visits Multigenerational trips Adults-only Disney getaways Disney + Universal combo trips Milestone birthdays & anniversaries

Disney FAQs

Common questions

Do you charge a fee to plan our Disney trip?

For most Disney vacation packages, my planning help is free to you — Disney pays travel advisors a commission for bookings made this way, so you typically pay the same price as booking direct.

How far ahead should we start planning?

Ideally 7–11 months before your trip, since resort rooms and popular experiences can book up — but I've also pulled together trips on shorter timelines. Reach out and I'll tell you what's realistic for your dates.

Can you help if we already booked directly with Disney?

In many cases, yes — send me your reservation details and I can look at transferring your planning to me at no extra cost to you, as long as it's outside certain windows Disney sets.

What if plans change once we're at the parks?

You can reach me directly, and I'll help you rework dining or scheduling on the fly — that's a big part of why people work with an advisor instead of booking solo.
