Sandals & Beaches specialist

The right all-inclusive resort, matched to how you actually vacation

Sandals and Beaches aren't one-size-fits-all — the right resort and room category depends on your group, your budget, and what "relaxing" means to you. I'll help you pick, then handle the booking details.

What I handle for you

The planning, not just the booking

Resort matching

Sandals is adults-only luxury; Beaches is family-friendly with kids' programs and water parks — I'll help you pick the right property and island.

Room category guidance

From garden-view rooms to swim-up suites, I'll walk you through what's worth the upgrade for your trip and what isn't.

Honeymoon & anniversary perks

Many rooms come with complimentary registry perks for honeymooners and anniversary couples — I'll make sure you're set up to receive them.

Excursion planning

Snorkeling, catamaran trips, spa days — I'll help you plan add-ons ahead of time so you're not scrambling once you land.

Payment & deposit timeline

I'll lay out your deposit schedule and final payment date up front, so there are no surprises before you travel.

Travel protection

I'll walk you through travel insurance options so illness, weather, or a canceled flight doesn't mean losing your trip.

FAQs

Common questions

What's the difference between Sandals and Beaches?

Sandals resorts are adults-only (18+), all-inclusive, and Caribbean-focused, built for couples. Beaches resorts are the family-friendly sister brand, with kids' clubs, water parks, and rooms designed for families — same all-inclusive model, different crowd.

Do you charge a fee to book our trip?

For most Sandals and Beaches vacations, my planning help is free to you — the resort pays a commission for bookings made through a travel advisor, so you're not paying extra to have someone handle the details.

How far in advance should we book?

Popular room categories and travel weeks (holidays, spring break) can sell out 6–12 months ahead, so earlier is better — but reach out regardless of your timeline and I'll tell you what's available.

Is travel insurance worth it for an all-inclusive trip?

For most travelers, yes — it protects your deposit and final payment if something comes up before you go. I'll walk you through the options when we plan your trip.
