Walt Disney World: Fall Booking Window Closes in Under Three Weeks
The broadest Walt Disney World resort discount of the season is still bookable, but its window is closing fast. Current as of September 16, 2026.
Here's where things stand and what's opening up behind it for the holidays.
Resort discounts through October 3–4: the deadline is close
Disney's "stay longer, save more" offer — up to 30% off select Disney Resort hotels for stays of five consecutive nights or more, up to 25% for shorter stays — is still bookable, but only for stays through October 3–4, 2026. With just over two weeks left in that window, this is really an offer for a trip departing in the next few weeks rather than one to plan much further out.
Alongside it, Annual Passholders can still find rates up to 40% off for stays of four-plus nights (35% for one to three nights) through the same October 3 cutoff, and Florida residents have a parallel offer of up to 35% off for stays of four nights or more.
Holiday season offers are already open for booking
Behind the fall discount, Disney's holiday-season offers are live for stays from October 4 through December 24, 2026. General room discounts run up to 20–25% depending on resort tier and day of week, Annual Passholders get up to 30% off select rooms across the same window, and Florida residents have an additional 25%-off offer for the October–December holiday blocks. Disney+ subscribers booking a 4-night, 4-day room-and-ticket package can pair up to 25% off rooms with a free Park Hopper ticket upgrade, valid for arrivals September 25–October 8, October 19–31, November 15–28, or December 13–24.
As before, holiday-season discounts run shallower than the fall offer they're replacing — worth keeping in mind if your dates have any flexibility at all.
Standing offers
Military families continue to have access to a resort discount of up to 30% off, bookable through December 18, 2026. Families with kids ages 3–9 can also get the Disney Dining Plan free for those children when parents purchase a dining plan, running all year through December 31, 2026. Every Disney Resort hotel guest still gets 30-minute early theme park entry daily, and Deluxe and Deluxe Villa guests retain access to Extended Evening Hours through the end of September.
